Kale for the win

This soup has a nice soury taste to it. Kinda like umami. I found this one lacked a little more umph for me. It was really liquidy. I know thats what a soup is. A nutritient rich liquid, usually a broth, which tends to be a little on the thick side. Yet, thats where the star got docked for me, I felt as though it could've had more veggies in it. I did really like the kale leaf size and how it was perfectly cooked. Not underdone, not over done, just right.

This soup made me realize that I think I might be more of a stew kinda gal.

Made with a ginger, garlic base, this soup is meant to be brothy and warming. The majority of our soups are definitely more stew-like, and we see that you thoroughly enjoyed those. :)

Not all items have been eaten or tried as yet. The Kale and Cannellini Bean Soup is Superb!! The Hot Guava ketchup is very tasty!!
