My husband and I purchased a slice of this heavenly cake at St. Jacob's Market today. We shared it after dinner this evening and were both craving more!
It is so delicious! Rich, but not too sweet! I will definitely purchase a full cake in the future to serve at a family function! Our son and partner are both vegan and I know that they will love this cake! Highly recommend!

The most delectable, moist, delicious chocolate cake. The frosting and touch of pecan is top tier. I am lactose intolerant, so the fact that it’s all vegan and healthy means I don’t have to feel guilty about taking seconds! Eartha and her team put so much love into their products!! Cannot stop singing their praises.
My friend and I tried this cake at ST Jacobs Market this weekend and WOW! We were amazed that it had SO MUCH FLAVOUR! It was the best combination of zucchini and chocolate without being overly sweet. It was absolute perfection. Additionally, Richard and Eartha are just the sweetest people. So humble and so talented. It was a fantastic experience. God bless you both!
